Apparently none of you (both of you in this context), have read my post properly. I commented that the timetable is horrible. However, since the timetable has been planned for us, it's highly recommended to be followed. Unless the planning was did out of the sake of coming up with one, I don't see why it shouldn't be followed.
The Dept of Strategic Planner will be questioned on whether the timetable was thought on behalf of the rest of the company. If it was, I don't see a need to create a hoo-ha on the substance of the planning.
In addition, I did not say anything about forcing the rest to follow the timetable. Therefore, no conclusions should be made about my incompetency of handling my current post.
A post that has been made for the goodwill of the rest of the company has now turned into something sour. Don't you think you two should reflect on your behaviour towards the Vice Director? I repeat, unacceptable conduct will be severely dealt with.
