This is a reminder from the Vice Director. Do remember to take a break from studying time to time since the Dept of Strategic Planning has planned such a horrible timetable. Horrible but it's for our own good, i guess.
Suggestions for relaxing:
Massage your temples in a clockwise direction 10 times.
Do it again anti-clockwise.
Drink alot of water so you can have more water breaks. (Mel you'll have no problem with this you water bucket)
Eat more so you can generate shit.
