D, I merely used another name to replace the name of the mastermind who's really responsible for all these act. I got put *** name maybe wrong lor! You so sensitive for what! This world only got one Kelly meh? Got alot of Kelly! :)

Before BFI paper, kelly,mel and jp went to study at esplanade. BUT, kelly wasn't the one who suggest for a movie. She admits that she never rejected the offer. So, don't accuse her!

One day before FA paper, kelly, phe and jp went to play pool. AGAIN, that was not her suggestion. It was PHE and JP who offered her for an hour game. After an hour, they still refused to stop the game. Kelly tried to stop but to no avail. Even her strategic planner supported their idea. What has the world become?

So, the conclusion is all the havoc suggestions weren't kelly's but Phe's, mel's and jp's. She just never turned them down.

After what we all have been through when we were preparing for BFI, its dejavu. 

2 days before FA, *Kelly suggested a movie, Fate, without the presence of the deputy director.

1 day before FA, *Kelly suggested pool, this time, without the strategic planner. We were only suppose to play for an hour, but we played for more than that.

What has things become for Kelly! :)

Director was accused!!! Unfair!

First, I want to correct what guang has said in his first sentence. I am here not because my mum sent me here but I chose to come here. Okay? This is my decision and I was right in the beginning have this concept in my mind. I WONT GO ASTRAY. And, i believe i don't. Just because I play pool, mahjong, bowling, daidee, you all penalized me?? It is like go home a bit late only loh.

You all have this ideas in your minds, it is just that you all dare not open your mouth cause you will be guilt-stricken. AND AND AND...

i chose the right moment to suggest a 'havoc', you all can reject me rite? But did you?
So, the conclusion is 'you all are actually the most "ON" people".
And, what's wrong with watching drama till late night? I do my own things in my own leisure time. In what way, arent you happy with it? What are on your minds??

Focus

As the strategic planner, i have allowed the entertainments like movies, pool, golf, and bowling because i see that we are progressing well and keeping up with the pace. However, it is also my duty to remind everyone that exams are freakingly NOT over yet. 

so who to be blamed? i apologised that i allowed such entertainments, however my big boss Ms Kelly has allowed all to happen. And in fact, she had been the mastermind of all the activities. LOL! i wonder what our organisation would become under her guidance. 

So besides the point (shit why am i talking long story), its time for all of us to FOCUS & CONCENTRATE. in another week time, at this time, we would probably be out somewhere having fun. so HANG ON TILL THEN! (:

To add on to their conversation, learning is one thing. But she constantly wants to play all those stuff! Daidee out of the league already. Now new craze, pool, bowling, drama, vulgarities, talking loudly. Tsk tsk tsk. It's fine if we do all these (except vulgarities) during non-exam period. But but but! Now exams! Nabeh what's this. 

And, also to add on i realise that Miss Lim's love vocab also not bad, can compare to me XD So who have you been saying all those to?

Dept of Code&Conduct doing her job today!!!!!!!!!!!!

Director and Vice Director met up today early in the morning. Ms Eng from Dept of Code&Conduct joined shortly. There are times where both Director and VD were asking questions to each other which ended us up in arguing and scolding each other. The argument stopped until Ms Eng asked us to do so.
So, I gave credits to Ms Eng who has done extremely well in her job!!!!

Ms Lai, what exactly on your mind? I did so many things for our company yet you said i was a freeloader. This statement broke my fragile heart. Despite all the objections, i retained you in our organization. I woke up early in the morning to check answer from Ms June and copied for you all while you were doing your own things. You kept on asking so many weird questions, i still tried to find answers. Do you take all this things for granted??? All done were not appreciated. :(

I demand an apology from you!!! hahaha...

Anyway... last night a bunch of us were having surprised birthday celebration for our Strategic Planner, Melissa Lim. Thanks you for all the participation and cooperation to the success of the party organized.

Not a personal attack

This post is specially for Mr Lin and Miss (Mrs?) Lim.

Apparently none of you (both of you in this context), have read my post properly. I commented that the timetable is horrible. However, since the timetable has been planned for us, it's highly recommended to be followed. Unless the planning was did out of the sake of coming up with one, I don't see why it shouldn't be followed. 

The Dept of Strategic Planner will be questioned on whether the timetable was thought on behalf of the rest of the company. If it was, I don't see a need to create a hoo-ha on the substance of the planning.

In addition, I did not say anything about forcing the rest to follow the timetable. Therefore, no conclusions should be made about my incompetency of handling my current post. 

A post that has been made for the goodwill of the rest of the company has now turned into something sour. Don't you think you two should reflect on your behaviour towards the Vice Director? I repeat, unacceptable conduct will be severely dealt with.

1) Dept of Strategic Planning, Miss Lim: Not doing your job effectively, instead of concentrating on your work you've been caught pat-toh-ing (dating).

2) Dept of Public Affairs, Mr Foo: No news from your dept for the past week, please reflect and come up with improvements.

3) Dept of Administrative and Finance Affairs, Mr Lin: You should reflect on your behaviour, defying orders from D and VD regarding the post of Business Consultant. Suggestions are welcomed but not with such a stubborn tone.

4) Dept of Research &Development, Mr Lim: A simple task was given yet you were incompetent in handling it. Because of you, DBF07 has no class chalet. D says that you're as good as useless.

5) Dept of Human Resource: No news from you three as well, please come up with ideas on handling company politics.

6) Dept of Business Consultancy, Mr Yang: Since you're new to the post, more time will be given to you to handle your jobscope.

7) Dept of Code-of-Conduct, Miss Eng: Please keep up by maintaining composure of the staff, unacceptable behaviour will be severely dealt with and consequence will be on you.

Dear Department Heads,
I would hereby apologize the delay of my post. Due to HEAVY WORKLOAD, i can only address to all your objections now.

Firstly, the rationale behind Ms Lai's promotion is that she cannot cope with the job in the communication department. With the words [NB, CB, CCB, F****, etc............] come out regularly from her mouth more than 100 times per day, FOR THE SAKE OF OUR COMPANY, i strip her post as the dept head. Taking into consideration her relationship with us, i gave her the post as VICE DIRECTOR. The job scope namely NONE. Hence, i would like to seek your participation in letting this freerider in the company. GIVE ME SOME FACE!!!
Secondly, as a director, i would like to give credit to Strategic Planner, Ms Lim, who has planned for us an intensive schedule as a guide in our coming 'event'. Another credit will be given to Mr Lin from admin dept for doing all the saikang.
Lastly, bear with all my scolding during these few days. The 'period' has just gone.
Thanks a lot for all the participation across the departments!!!!!!!!!!
Also, let's anticipate another 'event' coming soon. SOON okay!???!!!

Suggestions for relaxing:

Massage your temples in a clockwise direction 10 times.

Do it again anti-clockwise.

Drink alot of water so you can have more water breaks. (Mel you'll have no problem with this you water bucket)

Eat more so you can generate shit.
